The Palomar Group Facilitates Sale of Missouri Strip Center

The Palomar Group is pleased to announce the successful sale of Moberly Strip Center, a
5,200-square-foot retail property located at 1625 N Morley St in Moberly, Missouri. The property
was sold by CusCo to a private buyer.

Built in 2001, the shopping center is 100% leased, highlighted by a recently executed five-year lease
with AT&T;. The transaction was a fast-moving deal, closing just 16 days after going under
contract.
