The Palomar Group is pleased to announce the sale of Arcadia Lakes, a 36,884-square-foot value-add retail center located at 6432 Two Notch Road in Columbia, South Carolina.
Built in 1986, Arcadia Lakes was 75% occupied at the time of sale, with below-market rents presenting significant upside potential for the buyer. The property was acquired by a private investor specializing in value-add assets from a private seller. The asset traded for $3,150,000.
