The Palomar Group is pleased to announce the successful sale of the Advance Auto Parts located at 937 Folly Road in Charleston, SC. The property, featuring a short-term lease with no renewal options and below-market rent, was sold by a private seller to a private buyer for $1,500,000.
This transaction marks an exciting milestone as it represents The Palomar Group’s first completed deal in Charleston, where the firm recently expanded with a new office.
