The Palomar Group Announces Sale of Starbucks in Winston-Salem, North Carolina 

The Palomar Group, a full-service commercial investment sales firm headquartered in Augusta, Georgia, is pleased to announce the sale of Starbucks, a retail property located at 2701 Peters Creek Parkway in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. 

Built in 2023, the property is a newer-construction Starbucks that ranks in the top 10% of Starbucks locations nationwide. 

The Palomar Group represented a private seller in the sale to a 1031 exchange buyer. The transaction closed on September 16, 2026. The sale price was not disclosed.
