His professional path led him to Southeastern Development Associates, a regional powerhouse in development and brokerage, where he immersed himself in the commercial real estate industry’s multifaceted dimensions, including site selection, development, leasing, management, and sales.
His tenure at Southeastern was marked by a collaborative effort with colleagues David Rivers and Steve Collins to establish the Investment Sales platform. Their collective vision and dedication elevated this platform from its nascent stages to a thriving multi-million dollar operation.
With a rich 17-year career spanning various sectors—retail, office, multifamily, and hospitality—Ryan’s vast experience culminated in a specialized focus on Investment Sales, a domain where he has excelled remarkably. Since 2011, he has been instrumental in facilitating investment sales transactions worth over $1 billion. This impressive track record led to his recognition on the Globe St. Real Estate Forum’s 50 Under 40 list in 2020.
Today, Ryan’s professional endeavors are singularly concentrated on Investment Sales. His strategic insight and unwavering commitment to this specialty have not only driven substantial financial success for his clients but also positioned him as a trusted advisor in the field.
Balancing his professional life, Ryan is a devoted father to seven children. He continues to serve his community as an active member of St. Mary on the Hill Catholic Church, a mentor and coach at the Augusta Arsenal Soccer Club, and an engaged member of Leadership Augusta. His philanthropic spirit is evident in his ongoing involvement with the Augusta Chapter of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, where he was honored as Man of the Year in 2015.
