Jay joined The Palomar Group full-time in June 2024 as an analyst, where his role focused on underwriting shopping centers and multifamily apartments, researching market trends within the Commercial Real Estate landscape, and assisting in the valuation and marketing process of Palomar’s deal flow.
In his current position of Junior Associate, Jay’s primary concentration lies in the prospecting and transaction process of Palomar’s deal flow. Jay serves a bridge between the analyst role and the deal production team, as he is heavily involved with each stage of a deal from valuation to closing.
Prior to joining Palomar, Jay attended Wofford College, where he spent 4 years as a member of the Men’s Golf Team and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance in May of 2024.
He credits his 2023 summer internship with the Palomar Group as an instrumental factor in his pursuit of a career in Investment Sales.
Jay is a licensed Salesperson with the Georgia Real Estate Commission.
Outside of work, Jay enjoys playing golf, traveling, working out, playing pickleball, and attending UGA football games
