Brent Hadden

Brent attended the University of Georgia, where he earned a degree in Real Estate from the Terry College of Business. During his time at UGA, he was an active member of the Real Estate Society and the Kappa Alpha Order.
Brent brings valuable industry experience gained through several specialized internships, including roles with the Executive Office of the President – The White House, The Palomar Group, the Law Offices of Donald White, and Blanchard and Calhoun Real Estate Company. Outside of work, Brent enjoys golf, hunting, fishing, and using his private pilot’s license.  He serves on the Board of Directors for The Cricket Foundation.
Brent joined The Palomar Group in 2020 as an analyst, focusing on the underwriting and analysis of investment properties across the Southeast. In 2024, he expanded Palomar’s presence to Charleston, SC, where he works with buyers and sellers of single-tenant net lease (STNL) assets and unanchored street retail centers, connecting qualified buyers with assets tailored to their acquisition criteria, including conventional transactions and 1031 exchanges. In this role, Brent continues to help Palomar deliver industry-leading services and drive value for clients throughout the investment sales process.
