The Palomar Team facilitated the sale of Shoppes of Augusta, a 21,000sf strip center in Augusta, GA with tenants including Panera Bread, Verizon Wireless, Mattress Firm and more. The team represented the Seller, a public non-traded REIT that invests in retail real estate properties across the United States.

Shoppes of Augusta is located within Augusta, GA’s largest retail development, Augusta Exchange. At more than 800,000sf, Augusta Exchange is home to Target, Michaels, Bed Bath and Beyond, Best Buy, Buy Buy Baby, PetSmart, Kirkland’s, Christmas Tree Shops, Hobby Lobby, as well over a dozen national restaurants.
