The Palomar Team facilitated the sale of Birmingham Village, a 82,905sf Publix anchored shopping center in Alpharetta, GA and Shoppes at Locust Grove, a 89,567sf Publix anchored shopping center in Locust Grove, GA. The centers were 78% and 71% occupied at the time of sale with a mix of local and national tenants. The team represented the buyer, an international REIT, in the transaction.
