The Palomar Team facilitated the sale of Ocean Plaza, a 66,497sf Kroger anchored shopping center in North Myrtle Beach, SC. Located at the corner of Highway 17 and Main Street, the shopping center gave investors irreplaceable real estate with potential for upside through renovations and leasing. At the time of purchase 93% of this center was occupied. The team worked with the Buyer, who was an International REIT and the Seller who was the original Developer. The center was bought off market.
