Palomar Group Announces Sale of Encore Center in Perry, Georgia

The Palomar Group announced the successful sale of Encore Center, located at 1904 Houston Lake Road in Perry, Georgia. The transaction closed on January 9, 2026.

The street retail center, built in 2025, is 100% occupied, providing the buyer with stable, long-term cash flow. The property was acquired by a 1031 buyer from a private seller for $6,000,000.
