The Palomar Group is pleased to announce the successful closing of Aldi in Duncan (Greenville), SC located at 1907 E Main St, Duncan, South Carolina.
The property is a newly constructed retail asset with a 20-year ALDI ground lease, providing a long-term, stable income stream. The sale price was $3,775,000, and the buyer was a private investor, while the seller was a private developer.
The transaction officially closed on March 24, 2026.
