Centre at Riverchase, a 132,000-square-foot retail shopping center located at 1694 Montgomery Highway in Hoover, Alabama, has successfully sold for $17,538,650, according to The Palomar Group, which facilitated the transaction.
The property features a strong lineup of national tenants including Crunch Fitness, Guitar Center, and AutoZone, along with a diverse mix of additional national and local retailers. Located in Birmingham’s most successful retail market, Centre at Riverchase attracted significant national and regional investor interest throughout the marketing process.
The buyer was a Family Office, and the seller was RCG Ventures. The transaction closed on December 12, 2025.
“This was a repeat buyer and seller in this transaction, and things couldn’t have gone smoother with less than 30 days from contract to close,” said Ryan McArdle, Partner at The Palomar Group.
