The Palomar Group is pleased to announce the successful sale of Rivers Edge Apartments, a 72-unit multifamily community located at 520 E Buena Vista Ave in North Augusta, SC. Built in 1971 and 84% occupied at the time of sale, the property offers strong repositioning potential supported by ongoing development throughout the surrounding corridor. The asset also includes LIHTC components, providing additional long-term value opportunities for the buyer.

The property was acquired by a local private group, with the seller being REM. The transaction closed on November 5, 2025, marking another successful multifamily disposition facilitated by The Palomar Group.
