Steve Collins

A Greenville, SC native, Steve began his career in commercial real estate in 2006 with Southeastern Development Associates (formerly Blanchard & Calhoun Commercial). During his time at Southeastern, Steve had the opportunity to work in all aspects of the industry including brokerage, site selection, development, leasing, and management.

In 2011, while at Southeastern, Steve, along with David Rivers and Ryan McArdle, turned their focus to investment sales and in 2017 David, Ryan, and Steve departed Southeastern and founded Palomar Group.

During his career Steve has worked on over $1 Billion of investment sales transactions across 16 states, developed retail centers and government projects in partnership with local municipalities.

Prior to entering the commercial real estate industry Steve worked with U.S. Congressman Charlie Norwood (GA) as his Project Coordinator where he was involved in a variety of local and national issues as well as constituent services.

Steve graduated from Harvard University in 2002 with a degree in Government. While at Harvard Steve was a member of the Harvard football team. Prior to Harvard, Steve attended Fork Union Military Academy where he was a member of the Post Graduate football team.

Steve is a member of ICSC, the Georgia Sports Hall of Fame Foundation Board and is a graduate of the Coverdell Leadership Institute.
