Jefferson Knox

Jefferson moved to his hometown of Augusta, GA in 2018 to join The Palomar Group where he specializes in the sale of single-tenant net lease (STNL) and unanchored street retail assets. Prior to joining Palomar he was an associate in Dallas, Texas with DuWest Realty where he focused on shopping center underwriting, acquisitions, and investment sales throughout Texas. Jefferson has been part of over $350 million in transactions volume covering 3,000,000 square feet of assets.

Jefferson earned his BBA from the University of Georgia where he double-majored in Finance and Risk-Management from the Terry College of Business. He was a founding board member of Young Benefactors of The First Tee Dallas and is currently on the board of Sacred Heart Cultural Center, Trinity UMC Church Council, and The First Tee of Augusta.

Jefferson’s wife, Ann, is the owner and editor of The Scout Guide Augusta and they have two children (Boone and Allie) and a dog (June). Jefferson enjoys golf, tennis, and has been a private pilot since 2011.
