The Palomar Team facilitated the sale of Southaven Shopping Center, a 84,000sf Kroger anchored shopping center located just outside of Memphis in Southaven, MS. The center was 92% occupied at the time of the sale with It’s Fashion Metro, Little Caesar’s, Cato and Cosmo Prof as co-tenants. The team brought the deal to market on behalf of the Seller.
