The Palomar Group is pleased to announce the sale of Timberlake Station, an 82,404 SF multi-tenant retail shopping center in Lynchburg, VA. Tenants at Timberlake Station included Harbor Freight, Workout Anytime, Family Dollar, and more. The center was 84% occupied at the time of sale.

The buyer was a private investment group out of Danville, CA and the seller was a privately traded REIT out of Cincinnati, OH. The Palomar Group, Augusta, GA represented the seller in this transaction.
