Just Sold! South Plaza – Tampa, FL MSA (Brooksville)

The Palomar Group recently sold a Winn-Dixie anchored shopping center located in the TAMPA, FL MSA (Brooksville).  South Plaza is a 127,224 square foot asset anchored by Winn-Dixie, AutoZone and Buddy’s Home Furnishings.  The property was privately held and the buyer was a California based private investor that is exiting multi-family in California and diversifying into retail in the southeast. Due to time constraints on both the buyer and seller, Palomar was tasked with getting the deal from contract to close in under 30 days.  The sale of South Plaza is a continuation of The Palomar Group’s continued expansion into the Florida market.
