The Palomar Group is pleased to announce the sale of Fayette Square in Oak Hill, WV, anchored by Kroger and Big Lots. Fayette Square was 92% occupied at the time of sale, with over 90% of space leased to national tenants.

Kroger’s sales have grown by more than $5.6M in the past five years and Kroger recently renewed for a new 5 year term. An additional renewal by Big Lots and the recent purchase of the neighboring property for the development of a regional medical hub further cements the viability of this asset in the market for years to come.
